Spendo is owned and operated by SUWAMINATHAN VIJIN ("we", "us" in these terms). These terms govern your use of the Spendo Chrome extension and website. By installing or using Spendo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Spendo.

1. What Spendo does

Spendo shows estimated metrics — such as spend, views, sales, revenue, performance, audience and campaign details — for ads publicly listed in the Meta Ad Library. Meta does not publish most of these figures; Spendo models them from public signals.

2. Not affiliated with Meta

Spendo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Meta" and "Facebook" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't share your login outside the team seats included in your plan.
• The free plan includes Actual Spend on 10 ads in total per account. Creating multiple accounts to get more free ads is not allowed.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly or yearly in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the Spendo plans page. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice. Price changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.
• Paid plans are unlimited for normal use and include reasonable daily fair-use limits to prevent automated scraping.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute Spendo's data or estimates.
• Use bots or automation to access Spendo, or try to bypass plan limits or payments.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with or attack Spendo's servers or extension.
• Use Spendo in violation of any law or of Meta's terms for the Ad Library.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

Spendo, its design, code and estimation methods belong to us. Ads you view belong to their respective owners; Spendo doesn't claim any rights in them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Spendo running smoothly but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Changes made by Meta to the Ad Library may affect how Spendo works. We may add, change or remove features over time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Spendo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made using Spendo's estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Spendo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
